  Night shift extremely rude. Service is very slow. Always have radio cranked in the kitchen as if a party is going on, creating a very negative atmosphere. Need to have more mature managers on that shift. Giving this place 2 stars is a stretch. If you want quiet, and relaxed, go to Erie St. Location.

  If youre looking for a clean place to eat, don't go here. It always is messy and the bathrooms are filthy. The service is hit or miss and the accuracy is usually a miss with orders. I've had to go back 3 different times for mistakes made through the drive-thru

  I am surprised that there are so many negative reviews for this location! Staff is super friendly and up beat, service has always been quick for me and I have frequented this establishment for well over 20 years. Great Service, fantastic management, clean establishment. I don't like the new kiosks in any of the MacDonalds because I feel it slows the service down. But despite that, this is the BEST MacDonald's around. And yes... super friendly drive through guy always brightens your day!
