  I know chain restaurants aren't typically the best but Boston Pizza has to be near the bottom of the list in my opinion. We visited this location yesterday with some friends and the food was dreadful.
  
  The "cactus fries" are just under cooked potato chips served with a spicy ranch dressing.
  
  We ordered the Spicy Pierogi nachos and these were terrible, just a flat pile of undercooked potato chips with hardly any toppings, I would be ashamed to serve someone something that looked like this.
  
  We ordered the spicy sausage flat bread and it was equally bad, toppings were sparse, hardly any cheese, only flavor it had was hot.
  
  We ordered a couple pizzas for the table and for a place that makes pizza their claim to fame you'd they they would at least make a good pie. Their pizza's are grossly over priced ($17 for a small!) and are about as good as frozen pizzas. You can get a far better pizza at literally any pizza joint for a fraction of the price.
  
  Frankly we left feeling ripped off, the only reason this didnt get a 1 star is because the service was good. Our waitress was very friendly, quck to get us -refills and was the only reason this wasn't a completely miserable experience.

  Good food at a decent price with good service. We had an incident with our last visit but the manager went above and beyond to fix it. Overall, a good place to eat.

  We ordered a pizza and asked that instead of mushrooms we wanted pineapple. When we got our pizza which was half of one kind and half of another kind we found that half the pizza had mushrooms on it. I'm allergic to mushrooms so was just lucky to have caught it before I ate any. Service was not very good either.

  They prepare salad ingredients in advance son I couldn't make the salad I wanted vegetarian. That said, the server handled the situation really well and brought me the salad without any toppings to eat until my revised order came out. Could have notified me earlier that getting the bacon removed wasn't an option.

  Used to work here, saw some messed up things being in that kitchen, ie. bacon being dropped on ground and someone too lazy to put another strip through oven just dipped the piece in deep-fryer and put it on a burger... also people throw the pizza dough against the dirty wall when they're making it, I'd recommend just not going here unless you want to get sick.
